We want you to be totally obsessed with your new dark fashion; however, if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic accessories and tags are included to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  Await Your Refund

  Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
